I just traded to get Yobuck in. I really like the piece and I have a idea how to use him, but so far he ends up getting owned before he can really do a lot of damage to the other guys team. I a looking for any suggestions on ways to run him, or figs to run him with that makes him the beast that I know he can be.

R2 Astromech is a good combo with him for getting him downfield fast. The new Asohka adds some damage to his attacks. Alot of people sue him in swap squads using Panaka. Those seem to be the usuals.

Quick rule question; when you Tow him with R2D2, does he get the free attacks?

Use R2-D2 to Tow Cable Yobuck, then go on a Galloping spree with him. Once he is finished with his activation, swap him out and swap in a Gran Raider using Captain Panaka's CE. Captain Rex brings the guns to the table, and can be swapped around with Yobuck for a classic 1-2 punch. Keep a Gran Raider next to Panaka at all times, then when Yobuck or Rex is down to critical health, Use Panaka's Bodyguard SA to aid them for extra Hit Points. When using Yobuck, avoid Twin Attack, Jedi Hunter, and Djem So on AOOs. You need to prioritize your targets when using Yobuck. I also reccomend picking a open map, like the ROTS Hard Map and/or Chancellors Starship.

Yobuck
Captain Rex
Captain Panaka
Mas Ameda
Caamasi Noble
Gran Raider X3
Uggie Demo X2

@Joasht: you do not get to strafe as you are being towed. There was an errata that eliminated that.

Ah ok, that makes sense. Its just that someone told me that its doable, despite it being kinda silly when you think about it lol

Curious, where do those maps come from? Sorry for the many questions, but it happens that I ebayed a Yobuck recently so I'm also gathering knowledge on how to utilize him lol

The hardboard map is found in the Revenge of the Sith starter and Chancellor's Starship can be found either in Ultimate Missions: RotS or the 2007 starter.
