This coming Saturday we have a "Big Guns" Tourney. Lightside/Darkside and all figures have to be over 40pts. With my limited collection I have come up with these three teams. Any suggestion as to which would be best would be helpful.
Team 1:
GM Yoda-55
Vader's Apprentice Redeemed-48
Anakin Skywalker,CoN-49
Luke's Landspeeder-47
Team 2:
GM Yoda-55
VA,R-48
Luke's Landspeeder-47
Kyle Katarn,CI-46
Team 3:
Darth Vader,JH-75
General Grievous,SotJ-63
Count Dooku of Serano-51
Other figures that I have over 40pts are.
Obi-Wan Unleashed
Grand Maser Luke
Obi Wan Jedi General
Gowk
Jenessari Defender
Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah, thats the one I am leaning towards. It gives me a better chance of surviving past round 6.

With the overall low activations of the tournament, I'd say GMLS would be a good choice to use as he can take down most beatsticks easily. Unfortunately, as you don't have many figures pushing the lower boundaries of the point limit, you'd be limited to a two activation squad.
If you could borrow or obtain a Rex, 501st Commander, I'd go
GMLS
Obi-Wan, Unleashed
Captain Rex, 501st commander
Rex gives you shooter support, GMLS can devastate his current target, and Obi-wan runs interference preventing your opponent from ganging up on Skywalker and additionally, will give Skywalker a massive boost with Force Spirit when he is defeated.

Obi and GMLS would be a great combo if I can find another light side 40-41 point piece I should run that.

Not very helpful since you don't have the pieces, but here are a couple thoughts...
GMLS
Mara Jade, Jedi (FR1 from GMLS)
Prince Xizor (gives Accurate to MJJ) OR Luminara Unduli, Jedi Master (FR1 from GMLS)
(Gets a shooter with GMLS)

Obi-Wan Unleashed
Nomi Sunrider - giving Obi-Wan and GMLS Mettle
FR1/Mettle on all 3 makes a very tough squad. Luke getting Force Spirit 8 would be killer.

Any help would be appreciated. You have 3 great Obi-Wans sitting on the sidelines. GOWK is less powerful since there'd be fewer people to benefit from his CE, but if he's not banned in this setup he's still a great choice. I'd bet these matches are very melee-heavy, which makes AniCon a good choice. As a GOWK option: GOWK Anakin, CoN Luke's Landspeeder VAR Obi-Wan JG option (not feasible without lower-cost options to go with it, but if you can find Qui-Gon Jinn...): Obi-Wan JG Luke's Landspeeder (Or possibly Shado Vao) Qui-Gon Jinn Kyle Katarn, CI Unleashed option (without GMLS): GM Yoda Obi-Wan Unleashed Anakin, CoN Luke's Landspeeder Of the squads you can run with your current collection, I like the GOWK option above the best. If you can find Nomi Sunrider to run with GMLS/ObiUnleashed, I think that would be a better option.
