Strafe + Twin Options

Can someone give me answers to two things:
1) If a character (*cough IG Lancer Droid cough*) has Strafe and Twin, can he use both while moving and attacking people? Strafe says that he can't, but I thought it might be different because of Twin's wording. Ruling?
2) It's been a while since I've thought about using Strafe (The aforementioned Droid and Crix Madine have made me think it over again) so how exactly can it be used? Can you only move 12 and Strafe? Can you move 24 and Strafe? Can you Strafe and regular attack while moving 12 or 6?

1. Giving a character with Strafe Twin Attack means that it can attack every person it passes over twice. The wording on Strafe is there so people can't be strafe'd multiple times in the same pass.
2. You can move double your speed and strafe, or you can move your normal speed, strafe, then make your regular attacks.

Strafe does not work with Accelerate. Thia is in the FAQ.

I'm guessing you are thinking about the Commando on Speeder? That figure has basic speed (6) so it can:
1) Regular Attack and move 6 using Strafe
2) Move 6 using Strafe and Regular Attack
3) Move 12 using Strafe
4) Use Accelerate to move 24 (IIRC) squares without using Stafe (per the definition of Accelerate)

Ah, OK. Thanks, guys. The old figures with Accelerate need remakes, I guess. :)

Well the BARC has sort of been redone with the Clone Trooper on Speeder bike in the Clone Wars Scenario pack. As for the other pieces with accelerate and Strafe you would definitely be correct.
