Uggie Demo, I politely disagree with almost everything you posted. Do not read emotion in this post. I am just going to state things that I think in terms of what is good for this squad, and that means I will be challenging (politely) many of your suggestions.
Mas is not needed in this build. 4 mouse droids (even though for 4 more points) is worth it for the added activations, and the ability to use them as bait and shields. Mas cannot offer that to this squad.
I don't think taking out Gree for more activations is needed if you stick with the MD's instead of Mas. Most of the time, 13 activations with a squad like this will do fine against even higher activating squads because of the ability to quickly level the activations using high volume of shots and the ability to shoot even stealth minis using an accurate shooter.
Gree is offering another 60 damage/round at a semi-solid attack, and giving Dash a very solid attack. That is worth the 20 points for Gree. Also, your main reasons for dropping Gree was due to his low defense. That will not be an issue when FlObi/mice are used correctly. Also, Gree with GMA is going to keep him out of LOS which makes his low defense less of a liability.
Your suggestions were to up the attack and activations, but getting rid of Gree makes for a low attacking Dash. If he drops Dash, he's dropping a lot of damage potential.
I highly recommend replacing Cody with Sev. Keep Dash and Gree. Drop the ugs and mice for Lobot, and have him bring in MD's and Ugs to keep activations high, or if you need to you can bring in R4/Treadwell Droid/Human Bodyguard/R7 or anything else if you need something else besides activations against your opponent.
This option gives you the ability to keep acts high, and give your squad solid shooters with plenty of damage output @ decent attacks.
