I ran this in at a local tournament the other day and dominated wit it! I have a 30% chance of getting reserves with every initiative role! Wat is seriously underated!
What do you guys think? Any way to improve it?

Little firepower with the squad you do have, but I guess that is to be expected with a reserves build. The Chameleon seems like a luxury here, I would remove him and maybe get another IG-86 and Gha Nackt in here.

The Chameleon is meant to control gambit and lure in my opponents for the lancer. Nute is so expensive! The only way I'd want him is if I could combine his and san's reserves to get another lancer, but that is not how reserves work unfortunatly.

The droid selection may just be a matter of taste (the Lancer is good at mowing down rows of little pieces, the B3 has multiple options for attacking) but while San Hill allows you to stall your activations and gives you another shot at reserves using Nachkt can make the reserves you do get more effecient.
