I'm having trouble making a squad around Malak DLOTS, I know I need to get more useful UCs, who goes well with him in squads?

I like to put him in Old Republic squads to buff them and give them a good beat stick.

well, i love jareal, she isnt a UC, but she benefits very well from malak. another good choice is Dash or Lando dashing scoundrel. as far as UCs and Cs go, i like whiphid trackers for him and any other good shooters that are cost effective.

A bit, yes. The best thing with Malak tends to be the already-good-but-not-quite-great-by-themselves-followers: Dash, Jarael, Cad Bane, etc. The +4 attack makes them even more deadly, and with most (if not all) Sith squads running Sidious hologram, those guys get Renewal also, making them even more potent.
