This has probly been answered before, so sorry in advance. Can Yobuck benefit from General Skywalkers momentum CE anywhere on the board if I have mas on my team?

Booming Voice does affect General Skywalker's CE since it has a range of 6. Yobuck still has to end his movement to benefit from it, though.
Also, remember, with the unlimited range, you still have to trace a clear path to the commander.

I have a question related to this. Does Yodabuck get Momentum on his Galloping Attack if he Gallops up to someone he's going to end his move next to? That is, the Galloping Attack is made where he's going to stop moving?

Yes, he can get Momentum on Galloping Attack if that is where he is stopping.

An interesting tactic would be to move YoBuck only 10 spaces and end his move making two attacks against an adjacent enemy, one attack at +22/30, second attack at +18/30. unless I am mistaken.

yah that was another question I had on if he could double attack also because gallop says only on this characters turn. Is anyone 100% sure that he can do galloping attack and then stop and attack someone twice?

Is anyone 100% sure that he can do galloping attack and then stop and attack someone twice? You cannot use Double Attack, but what is happening is you stop, attack with Galloping Attack, and then use your normal attack if you have moved your Speed value or less. The "you cannot attack a character twice" clause in both Gallopping and Strafe Attack is only referencing the attacks generated by those abilities. This is covered in the FAQ.
