Kol replaces Corran Horn and he doesn't need the Force Spirit. That gives enough points to upgrade Dash to his better self. That still leaves 4 more points.

Garm's "lesser greater mobile attack" can be replaced by a TBSV and mouse droids (to both propagate the CE and replace activations). Add 3 of those and you still have 22 points remaining to replace the Rebel Vanguards. I'd recommend an Antarian Ranger and Jagged Fel to help boost Dash.
