If I put a Rodian Raider, Talz Chieftain and a Czeka Scientist all in the same squad would the Rodian Raider gain Twin Attack?

Yes, the qualification for the twin attack is that they have a base damage of 10, regardless of bonuses.

Rodian Raider would get twin attack from Czerka because the ability checks on the original printed "10 damage" on the stat card, regardless of having bonuses applied EDIT: Except for bonuses that are applied to effect the stat card itself with the word "Damage" being provided from an ability, such as the Yuuzhan Vong Shaper, Battle Droid Sergeant, etc)

But there are (very few) other character and bonus combinations where the "10 D" printed on the card is NOT the base damage and the Scientist will not work. One of the few combinations that does NOT work is Nom + Shaper (adds 10 to base damage, multiplied on critical) + Scientist for the Twin. Nom WOULD get Jolt. Move the Shaper away, and Nom gets Twin.

To be honest, I really had a hunch about the Vong Shaper... but since you brought it up, I then realized that the capitalized letter "D" on Damage, mean the stat card of the original damage would be altered (for the time being), much different effect than CE's and SA's that give bonuses of "+10 damage"..... one effects the stat card (with the word "Damage"), the other effects the abilities of the stat card (with the word "damage")
