If both me and my opponent are playing Zuckuss BH. how exactly do we resolve Anticipation vs Anticipation and Intuition vs Intuition?

Intuition is resolved in player order, since it happens after Initiative is determined.

Anticipation, I want to say has to happen simultaneously, but I need to double check.

I believe Anticipation does happen simultaneously, since the rolls are not finalized when rolling for initiative. Player order did not happen until the final rolls are checked, upon finalizing the Anticipation ability when normal init. rolls (or with abilities like Recon) are resolved .

It means that after initiatives are finalized, the player who wins the init. determines player order (a player who goes 1st, who goes 2nd, etc).

Reading the glossary defination, it appears Anticipation DOES happen after initiative is determined, so it essentially resets it. I would assume that it would be like poker, the first one checks (doesn't use anticipation), then the next player could. Still, I am going to post this to Nickname, since I can't seem to find a thread about it.

I heard some guys talking about this stuff last night. They were a bit confused as well. I heard something about force powers happen first then the rest is in player order. Simultaneous still has to be resolved right? It can't happen at the same time because both players are going to want to wait to see what the other does. So how does simultaneous get resolved in reality? Does this go to player order as well? Does this mean who wins initiative or who actually is chosen to take the first activation?

I know this has been covered, I just for the life of me can't remember, and I can't find it in the FAQ. With the forums the way they are now, I can't find a thread about it.

Both players can always wait and see what the other player does, but it doesn't change the fact that they both still roll for "initiative." If both players decided to wait for the other player to roll for initiative, refusing to roll for initiative until the other player does (and the other player vice versa), is considered a loss for both of the players. However, if players roll at the same time... each player can use Antipation to reroll after normal (or Recon) rolls are checked and resolved. If 1 person rolls for initiative, the 2nd person must do so accordingly.... anticipation happens when after normal (or Recon) rolls are checked and resolved.... afterall, they are running a time limit, so regardless on who rolls first or 2nd, a person who wins the initiative after the "rolls are finalized" determines the player order.

My first impression was correct. You decide simultaneously and secretly to use Anticipation.
