Is there a certain number of votes a squad needs to get on the top 100, 150 or 200 point squad?  The same squads are there day after day so is there some complicated  equation to determine the top spots?

I think a squad has to have at least 10 votes.

It's a somewhat complicated formula that I'd rather keep secret so people don't try to abuse it.
Those squads shouldn't change as often as they used to. It should be tough to get a spot in the new top 5.
