does everyone gain force renewal or just characters with pre exsisting force ratings?
need to clarify for a friend before we begin playing. He thinks only characters with a force rating get it

All followers benefit from it even if they do not have a force rating. Characters without a force rating who benefit from this CE are still considered to not have a force rating.
