Currently, I can't think of one. The full glossary definations of Levitation, Push, and Repulse all specifically state they do not provoke AoOs.

If you're talking about Push/Repulse, then the Glossary definitions say that they do not. If you are referring to Surprise Move, then unless the character has Flight (FlObi alone, I think) they do provoke AoOs.
