I'm posting this for CC-23478 as a favor, his question is. Question: If I have a Praetorite Vong Warrior with Cunning Attack +20 and a he's in a squad with an Advance Agent, Officer whose CE gives "vong allies within 6" Cunning Attack would he have both and be able to combine them for +8 for 30, kinda like how Advantageous and Cunning Attack stack? No idea myself so I told him I would post for him.

No. It is considered the same ability, Cunning Attack +X. If they have the same name, but different modifiers, they are the same ability.
