Yes. This is allowed because Betrayal (and presumeably similar effects) ignore Unique.

My opponent had 2 Thrawns against me once, the worst part was that my Grand Admiral was the one that Betrayed. Double swap, Opportunist and Force Shield really stunk it up for me. Needless to say, it was a short lived game.

It was some odd circumstances on how it all went down on Bespin, but I would never have expected my Opp to do that.

That's one of the more epic war stories I've heard; maybe you should put it in the play reports section in more detail?

Well, I knew the rules, but I just didn't take Palpatine that serious. The worst part was that the guy I was playing with is a complete Nerf, and I would NEVER have expected him to do that. He kept asking me "So this Imperial Dignitary can attack right, but can't be attacked" So I explained diplomat to him for the like the 6th time. I was getting curious as to why he kept coming to my set up area from the top (Death Star, I was mobilizing at the bottom of the map coming out of the hangar). He never used Thrawn before, so I didn't think he was going actually going to do an un-'Dignified' swap. He said "Ok, so this guy Thrawn, he will allow me to Trade places with any other character of mine on the map?" I started to bite my lip, then said fearfully "....yes.....". And BAM, theres Palpatine in my command post! So I start to leave, because well, I knew I had to, I had Clobot on the other side of that door that leads into the Hangar. My GAT decides it best to shoot Palps once before exiting, I mean his chances at a hit are pretty decent. Right? Nope. 1.

I was playing a Dynamic Duo once. I played Cad/Kyle CI against Vader SotJ/Kreia......... Yes, Cad rolled a 1. Kyle was still able to take out Cad and Kreia before Vader got him
