I assume you're talking about the Rodian Black Sun Vigo.

Well, yes, they are non-Uniques, so you can put 3 of them in your squad. If you roll that magic 11, you'll get a total of 60 points of Fringe pieces. However, you still have to treat it as 3 individual groups of 20 points. You can't just bring in, say, Boba Fett Mercenary at 58 points.

Word of advice, put your question in the thread, not the title. It is more difficult to answer in the thread if you have a super long title, that may not be entirely clear.
