I picked a faction, picked all the people, but how do I save it? if some one could tell me how to do it. and save it so it can be rated by people that would be great, thanks.

It should save automatically once you get to adding figures. You have to click the little "make squad public" box to make it public to be rated.

Once I've completed my squad build, I always click the "Squads" link on the Blue bar at the top. That should bring you to a list of all your saved teams, including the one you were jsut working on. That's how I was shown to do it, and I haven't lsot anything.
