Just a confirmation of the rules: Characters with damage 10 and a nonmelee attack within 6 of the Czerka will receive Twin, even if they have abilities that upgrade their damage(such as Cunning or Opportunist), right? The card reads "exactly 10 damage", so I was wondering briefly.

You are correct! The Czerka are just looking at the Base damage of said character for the upgrades they offer. Anything like Cunning or Opp. will increase the damage they do but it won't increase what the printed base damage is on the card. Thats why they're so nice for TBSV's and the like.

Even works with things like Lightsaber +10 :)
The only one that's tricky is the GenoHaradan Assassin. His Poisoned Blade ability actually changes his base damage to 20 (thus he'd do 40 with a crit as well!). So, if the GHA is based against an enemy and attacks, he cannot use the Twin Attack granted by the Czerka.

Poisoned Blade also changes his attack type to melee, so he won't receive Jolt.
Another oddity is Nom Anor and the Shaper. Shaper changes Nom's base damage, so while under Shaper's effect, he'd get Jolt from the Czerka instead of Twin Attack.

I'll have to re-read the card... ah... read the glossary... I think I played it wrong before, but now I will play it right.. Glossary says: "Whenever this character attacks an adjacent enemy"

Not to mention that since Blaster Upgrade is for nonmelee attacks, the Geno would not qualify for two reasons when adjacent to an enemy. (20 damage and being a melee attack) Just thought I'd throw that in there.
