i have anakin solo and obi wan ss and he dies gives force spirit to anakin solo and i have tarpals do i the abilitie to double unleash the force

If Anikan Doesn't have Master of the Force(MOTF), he can't do that Replaces Attack ability Twice.
If someone were to give him( MOTF) he could do that.

My only question is How are Anikan Solo and Tarpals in the same squad , They are different Factions?

Checking the stats of Obi-wan Kenobi with force spirit 8 , He does allow you to spend force points one extra time so you could benefit from Tarpals if you were playing the 2 factions as compatible.

Analyze the situation:
To double unleash, you need Tarpals (got it), enough force points (got it), and at least MoTF 2 (got it).

Nice combo of factions. Combos like this are one of the reasons for faction rules.

Yes, just as long as you would have a way to give Ani Solo MOTF2 & tarpals in your squad.

From Qui-gon JM,Yoda Of Dag, Obi Wan, Obi Wan Unleashed etc.

Yes, a character with the ability to spend Force Points more than once per turn and is also under the effect of Captain Tarpal's CE can use 2 "replaces attacks" force powers.
