If there are 2 abilites that have the same name they cannot stack on one another. Even if it is Opportunist vs Opportunist +20. Only the +20 one will take into affect.
Now if you had Cunning Attack as a commander effect and a character with Opportunist then those would stack. They are two different named abilities, so they would stack.
Also another note tip is if you have opp for a character, such as the Twi Black Sun Vigo, that you would be able to give the Vigo if using Xizor (IE), Xizor's CE of a +4 +10dam, that would stack with opp because Xizors CE is giving a flat bonus stat. Not a named ability. You can never stack 2 of the same named abilities or never stack 2 CE's that are granting the same bonus to a stat.
Also as for Cunning, Lets say you have Jabba Crime Lord with Han Rebel Hero & a non-unique fringe follower in your squad. Jabba's CE of givng a non unique fringe follower Cunning with Han Rebel Hero's CE granting Advantageous Attack. Giving the non unique fringe follower a total of +4 att +20 damage if attacking a enemy who has not activated yet seeing as Jabba & Han would be granting 2 different named abilities in there CE.
So no two flat bonus' given would not stack, & 2 named abilities that are the same exact named abilitiy would never stack. But 2 named abilities that are different & grant still the same bonus' would stack because they are 2 different named abilities being provided.
