Can a character with mercenary move via Revan's CE even if it's in an attacking position? Can the Gotal Mercenaries use intuition in a similar position?

Revan's CE doesn't allow you to attack, and since you can't attack, it is okay to move. I believe this is covered in the FAQ, or at least enough to lead to this conclusion.
