Any attack made by the Rebels against Bloo Milk would be a useless gesture.

Does Luke, Hero of Yavin considered to have a lightsaber since he has lightsaber deflect?
So abilities like damage reduction and dark armor won't work if luke is attacking an adjacent enemy with those abilities?

Thanks!

It was stated in another rules post, i believe if a character doesnt have a visable lightsaber on there figure, then if they have any Special Abilitiy or Force Power with Lightsaber in the name of it then they are considered to have a lightsaber.

That's incorrect. The three things to check for to see if a fig is considered to have a lightsaber are: a visible (ignited) lightsaber on the mini, the Lightsaber +10 Special Ability, or a Force Power that has Lightsaber in the name. The Special Abilities Lightsaber Resistance and Lightsaber Duelist do not grant a lightsaber to a mini.

The defination can be found in the rulebook glossary.

Yes so basically what i said, if a character doesnt have " A Visable Lightsaber " than Lightsaber +10 & a forcepower with Lightsaber in the same is considered having a lightsaber. Obviously Lightsaber Resistance and Lightsaber Duelist are abilities going against Lightsabers not having one.

But that isn't what you said. You lumped 2 of the rules together to make an incorrect rule. It is a very important difference.

By the way, the FAQ (on the WOTC site) needs updating as it has this in it:
lightsabers (characters with)

Q: It looks like the Dark Side Enforce has a lightsaber hilt on her belt. Does she count as a character with a lightsaber?

A: No. To qualify as a lightsaber while inspecting a miniature, it must contain the colored lightsaber blade. If that isn't visible on the miniature, you must check the stat card for any Force power or Special Ability containing the word "Lightsaber".

and this is the rulebook definition:
with lightsabers:
Certain special abilities, such as Damage Reduction, list exceptions for enemies “with lightsabers.” It’s usually easy to tell whether or not a character has a lightsaber by checking whether its miniature has a lightsaber in hand, but a few characters do not
have visible lightsabers. A character also counts as having a lightsaber if it has the Lightsaber special ability or a Force power whose name contains the word “Lightsaber.”

Yeah, there is a known conflict between the FAQ and rulebook glossary. In this case, the glossary is correct while the FAQ is incorrect.
