from holo sidiouse give force poiints and force immunity does not effected by enemies force do they get force

Yes, there is nothing stopping YV from using force points.

Yes, they can. It's been established in situations where someone Dominates Sidious Hologram and attacks Kreia on a Vong squad.

Or another situation if a Vong attacks someone with Betrayal that has a Force Battery then they'd be able to use Force Points through the Force Battery.
