So can GML move 6 then us Master speed and then use the force move extra 2 sqs, and THEN attack??? Can he move 12, then use master speed, and then use extra 2 to move TWENTY squares and not attack???

Yes, they are all different abilities and he has MOTF 2.

One thing to note: Master Speed and Move Faster are used at the start of the character's movement, not the end.
