I know, Gen. Skywalker is probably better piece, but I really like the idea of renewing with grip. He really isn't a good beatstick. djiem so with twin isn't feared as much as it should be. Block is awesome, but with so many ranged pieces out now, it won't be used much IMO. So, i'm asking for some ideas of how to use him. I imagine him as a finesse piece for gripping fodder and killing early activations. I've tried bodyguarding him with Ferus Olin, and I've tried running him as a main piece with lots of shooters around him. Do you think he'd be better off as a second character, like Flobi/GOWK or even Jedi Master Kenobi like a Luminara/Bariss offee tandem? I would consider the Jedi master Kenobi over the other two for the ability to heal.

GOWK obviously helps Anakin CoN in the way of survivability. I think CoN is pretty decent Republic figure to deal with Melee pieces, but making sure he lives to do so is tough. He has no defense against popular pieces like Cad and Dash, so incresing his defense to prevent them hitting him helps a little. With CoN, shooting support to take the heat off him is nice. Using R2 to tow him into striking distance of Melee pieces is nice. And grip is a good way of killing pesky mice that get in the way.

I wish I had more to say to make him more useful, but I cannot think of anything else.

Snowbunny Makes him interesting to play and extra twin helps a lot. Basicly GOWK is your best bet though +4/+4 helps him be where he should for is cost.

Good call on the snowbunny Weeks, I don't know why I didn't think of her, she's usually one of the pieces I always think of when building a republic squad.

I was afraid GOWK was my only hope lol. I'll keep experimenting, but I appreciate the comments.

I've always paired CoN with Gen Windu; double twin is impressive. Also, the Yoda from Clone Strike helps improve his chances with Djem So. The obvious, and cheap in my opinion, thing to do is, of course, pair him with GOWK, but I want something new, something fresh. So I last paired him with my senate commandos. Different, huh?
Well, my opponent, God bless his little heart, was so focused on taking out the commandos and Argyus that he completely forgot about Skywalker and his trusty R2 unit. With R2 locking and opening doors, I was able to direct attention to the decoys and I had no trouble attacking from behind. His Imp squad was obliterated by the sixth round.

Awesome, thanks for that Sith Spawn. I've built a few teams but haven't tried them yet. I was thinking of using the antarian rangers with Yularen and maybe GOWK or flobi, but its still quite costly. I'll report after I test out some new stuff, hopefully it'll be next week.
