well this just came up. lets say krayt is being dissrupted and there is a mouse droid that is not in range of dissruption as well as lets say dash rendar. will dash still receive the benefits of the commander effect because u can count from the mouse droid or not, due to the fact that krayt is being dissrupted.

From the Glossary: "An enemy commander within 6 squares has its commander effect suppressed until it moves out of range." So there the CE itself is being suppressed, meaning that even if you have a Mousie it won't work until the commander is out of the Disruptive area.

Note also that a Mouse Droid wouldnt be able to be disrupted because Relay Orders is a Special Ability. However a Commander or a Figure recieving the Commander Effect can be disrupted. Relay orders is meant to increase range so for example.
if you have a figure recieving a CE via mouse droid & an enemy with disruptive is within 6 of the mouse droid but within 7 of the figure reciving the CE, then disruptive wouldnt take affect w/ the mouse droid.
if you have a figure recieving a CE via mouse droid & an enemy with disruptive is within 6 of the figure reciving the CE but within 7 of the mouse droid relaying the CE, then disruptive would take affect w/ the figure being granted the CE
