Sorry about this, I have searched around and am unsure about this. I actually thought of this question while reading the glossary.

i have both General Skywalker and Mas Amedda on my squad. Now, my rodian brute starts his turn 7 squares away from Kyle Katarn JBM, runs and attacks him, does he still gain momentum from Gen Skwalker?

I would say no, but the glossary threw me off...

No. He gains Momentum at the end of his move, and at that point he is in Kyle's Disruptive influence.
As a matter of fact, any other CE would be disrupted also.

The key with Disruptive is that you check for it when you would use the CE (or the SA granted by the CE). Disruptive doesn't stop a Charging Fire action if they move into the Disruptive area, nor does it affect General Kenobi's +2 Move if they start their move outside the Disruptive area.
