Yes. This was covered in ROTS with Anakin Skywalker, SA..if not before.

No. So far, only Anakin Skywalker, Sith Apprentice counts as Vader. This does not work backwards.

the only CE that affects ani is obi (ROTS) CE, and theres no vader that is republic...at least, not that i know of...Blink Confused
