Where is everyone getting theirs from? I've seen a few sites selling them at $103, but they are sites I am not familiar with. Who has the best deal AND reputation?
In the past I've supported my LGS but times are a bit tight, so I'm gonna need to save the $ and order online.

Though there are others, personally I would only buy from Miniature Market or Auggies. Auggies doesn't have their order up yet, though, so if I had to buy right now it would be Miniature Market.

I also use miniaturemarket.com. $109 including "free" shipping. If you find it for less, be sure to check out the shipping first.

I get 1 case from my local retailer and eventually order 1 online, usually from eBay when it's cheaper a month after release. I know ordering from my local retailer is more expensive, but being able to support them it worth the extra cost <(")

PopularCollections has them for $94.50 with free shipping...or at least might have them. (they sell out quickly)
HOWEVER, be warned that they are very slack in shipping and it could take up to 2 weeks to receive the product. Some people have gone longer and others never received it and had to go back for a refund.
I have ordered from them in the past and have always received my order, but not always in the fastest times.
Altereality Games out of Cleveland, OH goes overboard to get your stuff to you quickly. The last time I ordered they dropshipped the order from their supplier directly to me...bypassing the middle guy. I got it the day of the release! You pay pretty good for the stuff, but you get excellent service in return.
