Let's say Yoda gallop attacks a Ng'ok within 10 squares, gets hit by the AoO, and fails the clamp save. Could he then make his normal attack against the Ng'ok, with Momentum from Gen Sky?

I don't see why not, but we don't have a rules insert yet...
