LOL sorry what is the new rule i heard someone say something about it but i never found out what it is or how its different

The new initiative rule for DCI play is found in the DCI floor rules (linked at the top of the area).

It is pretty easy, whoever goes first in the round, only activates one figure for their first phase.

thanks! :) i was wondernig what the new rule was myself, and why people were saying "only 1 for the first person..."
