I do not think so. Even though you can stun during "any" part of a turn, I do not think that you can do it during an activity (during a move). You can only do it before or after the move.

Yes.
What you can't do is move, stun, move as you can't use zero-time abilities/force powers in the middle of another action.

If yoda of Dagobah gets mobile attack, then shouldn't he able to move, stun, move?

No, zero-time abilities and Force Powers cannot be used in conjunction with Mobile Attack or Greater Mobile attack.

Sith Rage is not a zero-time force power, it is a force power used at the beginning of an attack.
A zero-time ability/force power is one that can be used on its own at any time during the character's turn so long as it is not in the middle of another action.
Sith Rage does not fit into this categorization as it can only be used at a specific point during the character's turn. It can also be used on other character's turns, which zero-times cannot.
