The only exception that I know is the CE of Ephant Mon:
Enemies with Accurate Shot who have cover can be targeted by Fringe followers within 6 squares of this character, even if those enemies are not the nearest.
VERY situational.

VERY situational. But that has nothing to do with the original question since it's the enemy that needs to have Accurate and not the acting character. Ephant Mon's CE is the anti-Accurate Shot ;)

The easiest way to remember it is to read the ability carefully. Accurate shot says "can attack an enemy", with the key word being 'attack'. Technically, Missiles and Net Gun are not attacks, they are Special Abilities. The definition of 'attack' in the SWMs game is listed in the glossary as well, and only refers to the act of rolling a d20, adding your Attack score, and comparing to your opponent's Defense score.
This method of reading the cards will also help you remember that Poison +10 only works on normal attacks as well, and not in conjunction with other things like Thud Bug, Spit Poison, etc.

The answer is "Not by himself (thanks kfc), but it is possible with the CE of Ephant Mon." Boba-Enforcer ( fringe follower) is activated within 6 squares of Ephant Mon. Boba has LOS to Han Solo-Smuggler ( enemy with Accurate Shot) in cover at the back of a Rebel squad ( not nearest enemy). Boba is permitted to target Han and can missile him. NOTE: If Leia is standing behind Han in LOS, she may NOT be targeted because her attributes do not follow the requirements of the CE (she does not have Accurate Shot herself).

I get where you're coming from here. I thought you had misinterpreted Mon's CE (as many people have) and thought that characters with Accurate could use Accurate to target as well as attack. You were looking at it from a different side than I was, lol.
