How does Shatterpoint work exactly?
It says that each round your first attack is a natural 20. Does this also mean that it's a critical hit and so it will deal double damage?

Correct, it is an automatic hit and does double damage as usual.

Also remember that it applies to the FIRST attack of the round. (This can be an attack of opportunity)

Now lets say you could get mace windu twin attack & he uses shatter point on a figure. Then would he still get the auto crit on his twin attack? Or would this fall under the same situation with CE's like Princess Leia to where her CE only would grant han scoundrel the bonus on his first attack & not twin?

Shatterpoint only applies to a singular attack.
If a character with Shatterpoint and Twin Attack makes his first attack on a shatterpointed character, the first attack will be an auto crit, while the twin would be a regular attack
