I just went through the first 50 posts tryng to find out if a dark armor body gaurd can use dark armor against damage from a lightsaber on the person he is using bodygaurd with. Can someone help?

Yes, since the bodyguard is not taking damage from an attack from an adjcacent character with a lightsaber, but instead taking damage from the Bodyguard SA.
