Who exactly can you target with lightsaber throw 3? I know you can target any enemy in LOS even if it has cover and is not the nearest enemy, but can you target a character with cloaked? It just says pick a character in LOS, ignoring cover, but does it use the targeting rules?
PS: Sorry if it seems like I repeated the question, I can't really ask a question or explain an answer in 1 or 2 sentences sometimes.

It follows targeting rules, but ignores cover for the sake of targeting (but not for the actual attack), so any enemy that the character can see would be a legal target.
As the enemy characters are not considered to have cover when choosing targets, abilities like Cloaked and Stealth would not be in effect.

Just to expand on what ED said, you ignore cover for targeting purposes. People getting attacked by LST 3/5 still receive the +4 defense from cover.
