Here's the last Supreme Chancellor of the Republic, Supreme Chancellor Valorum.
There's not much to the character that's important to the overall Star Wars story, except that he was voted out, so we decided to focus on that. Thus our new Special Ability:
Vote of No Confidence.
We wanted to do more for Senate Guards and such, so we added Rapport and the CE. Reserves is pretty common for "leader" characters.
We modelled him on Supreme Chancellor Palpatine, and suggest you use that mini for this character, as well.
