I voted C-3PO simply based on the fact that I pulled him :l But I did manage to trade him for Wolf Sazen :D

Crappio all the way. It further annoys me that he remains the only piece of IE that I do not have and have not pulled. If I want to complete the set I will have to part with another mini or spend actual money on him, an act I find severely distasteful.

I guess it depends what you mean by "disappointing," but for me it means a mini I was really excited about when I heard it was going to exist, but then the stats were either unplayable or didn't reflect the character (or both).
For me, Bastila remains a huge disappointment. She's one of my favorite EU characters, and with Battle Meditation they had the chance to make a really cool, unique force power, and instead she just a big pile of "eh." I mean, I realize that this sounds like yet another whiny fanboy "My favorite character should be uber wah wah" post, but I don't really mean that. It bugs me a lot more that Battle Meditation as a "slightly boost attack and defense" force power doesn't really capture what she did with it. I wish they'd waited for her until the Unleashed era of force powers and given her some 5 FP power.

I was most disappointed with Grievous, Kaleesh Warlord simply because I pulled him in my case and don't really have a use for him. He doesn't seem to fit in any of my squads. I would have prefered Freedon Nadd, Arden Lyn or Yoda FS.

I agree with Darth nihilus. Ive never played either KotOR game, but from what Ive heard, he was pretty epic.
Also, after reading the first two Bane books, I really dont think that fig does him any justice.
Lastly, whats wrong with Ponda Boba? I think hes not bad for 9 points. Ive used him before....like once....

yeah i have to agree with wannabee, with Grievous Kaleese warlord. I Loved the Idea of a Stout non cyborg grievous who was a good commander and a good figure itself but it didnt happen. And with 3p0 i never expected him to be that good.

you guys seem to be forgetting bail organa. he was one of the founding memebers of the rebel alliance and he is absolutely terrible. i pulled him in the only pack of revenge of the sith i ever bought, so i don't even have any alderan troopers to go with with him.

For me most disappointing (as in lost potential) would be Han in Carbonite. Too many restrictions on the carbonite ability. If you got to place him yourself instead of the opponent, or the 'thawed' version could still activate after coming out of the block, it would be much better. As it is, you have to spend points on pieces to try and get across the board to activate him (and he may be locked in a room or some other hard to reach place) and you could have just spent full points on another Han to begin with. Great piece for scenarios and house rules, but not so much as a skirmish piece.

although i still use him and will always love having the mini, i will always be dissapointed with revan, not only is he overcosted for what he does, but i dont think what he does really reflects him as a character. this guy is on level with palpatine when it comes to his intelligence and strategy (maybe even above palps) and was one of the most powerful force users that ever was, yet in minis he will get destroyed by any shooter, and at least half of the melee field out there. some abilities he should have had are first and foremost betrayal, but also ataru mastery, maybe some kind of ability to reflect his jar'kai. he had a force power which turned his inner fear anger and pain and channeled them to increase his speed strength and ferocity, a minis power to represent that could have been awesome. he could have had abilities like heal or drain life, i really wanted him to have some abilities that were availble to him in the game, obviously all the abilities i want cant go into one mini, but a few of them would have made him alot more playable

To list just one is quite hard, For me it was not so much a character but a special ability. That SA was Melee. It was way overcosted from the on set of the game. Even though WOTC tried to address that in later sets which they did to some extent, only to make shooters even more powerful and even better CE's which for the most part benefited shooters as well. Anyway going back to the OP question if i had to list just one, I think it would have to be C-3PO D not that the one from RS was any good. For such an important character he remains one of the few characters i have never ever played and never will. totally useless.

I also was expecting way more out of Bastila! I'd use her in almost every OR game, but to me she costs to much for what she does.

This was a hard question.
Congratulations WotC
I would not choose the one's listed, because for me to be disappointed, I would have wanted to play the character. Therefore, I am stuck between two characters who I would love to play, but I never do because they are just too costly for their powers.
Luke Skywalker, Jedi Master and Zam Wessel

Lord Hoth. I was hoping for a unique CE that would bring OR to a competitive state, and instead...

Crappio. WOTC had a chance to make a very unique Ewok commander, but just laid an egg instead.

My vote has to go for Veed. I saw this thread and immediately thought back to my first case: Legacy of the force. I open all boosters but one, and I've only opened 3 VR's. I was praying for Kyle Katarn, Krayt, or maybe Cade, and I pulled Veed. That was just awful.
