Ok, I recently played with the Tactics Broker and have asked about him before but it wasn't until I used him that I came up with a few questions.
1) I rolled a 1 for initiative which meant we both had 1s and we both rerolled. I assume this was correct. My question is this, does my opponent's reroll automatically become a 1 also? I understand I would not have to kill off a mini because that only happens once per round. We weren't sure so I let my opponent keep his 5 - which was annoying because I rolled another 1! But yeah, what happens if you draw with a 1.
2) Leia Hoth Commander. How would it work with an MTB. Do I get to roll to see if they survive? If they survive does the initiative still go to 1? Is it optional, say if I have charged a Kel Dor BH in there and I want him to explode?
Help appreciated, cheers in advance!

1. If you roll a 1 and then reroll, then Tactics Broker does not take effect that round. So the opponent would keep whatever they roll for init.
2. You cannot use Leia, Hoth Commander's CE, or any other ability that prevents defeate, when you sacrifice a piece for Tactics Broker or similar abilities. And it is not optional.

Yes. Tactics Broker takes place before initiative is determined. It can't be used on the tie-breaker roll.
