If Darth revan and boba fett mercenary are in the same squad can you use Revans CE to let boba move 6 squares then have boba use intuition to move another 6 squares? i would think so be because one is a CE and one is a named ability but im really not sure.

Anybody know?

Yes, both can be used together. Keep in mind though, that the movement allotted is two sets of 6 squares, not 1 set of 12.
