I don't think so, you put a nice cap on them. If it was all Rebel followers, then yes it would be too much. But as they are, I like them.

Well, I looked at Kir Kanos and decided the stats were a little lower then WotC's version, so I increased his base stats and gave him Twin. I also bumped his cost slightly.
