Timestamps are incorrect Options

The timestamps of all messages in the forum are incorrect for me. I have my timezone set correctly, but all of the timestamps are off by three hours. The minutes are right, though. Is it just me or is this a universal problem? (If you happen to live in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, your timezone may appear correct just by chance, I guess.)

edit the timestamps dont change when you change your time on the account page

Try changing your time in your Forums profile. Click "My Profile" in the gray bar at the top of the Forums, then "Edit Profile". You can set your time zone for the Forums there.
