If I combined / synchronize fire and have doubble attack do I get +4/+6 for both of the attack?

No. When you combine fire, it only applies to a singular attack.

Combining fire only counts for one single attack. It doesn't even work for a Twin attack either.

Or if you want official confirmation, it's explicitly covered in the rule book under Combined Fire, the subsection Single Attack.
