If you have Savage, can you choose not to move when there is an enemy within 12 squares?
(I know I've seen the answer to this, but I couldn't find a link to it. And I've run into a disagreement on the answer twice.)

If you can reach an enemy with your normal movement, then you MUST move adjacent to an enemy. It is not optional.

when you say 'normal movement', do you mean 6 squares or 12?

12, or whatever the double movement would be if the character has a different base speed.
Basically, what's meant by normal movement is that while a savage character is forced to base an enemy if able, they do not have to use optional abilities/force powers like Master Speed to reach the enemy.
