I'm a bit confused on the difference between these.... and how many spaces you can move using them.
If im understanding you can move one to six spaces, attack, then move the remaining spaces up to six?
Or is it you can move six, attack, then move six more? does it matter if its MA or GMA?

Only 6 spaces all up, as in: 3 - attack - 3, or 5 - attack - 1, etc
mobile attack means you can only make one attack, greater mobile means you can make all your attacks, like Double attack, extra attack
twin attack still happens on MA or GMA

The total number of squares you can move must be equal to or less than your speed.
The only difference between MA and GMA is that GMA lets you move and make attacks that usually require you not to (double attack). MA does not let you do this.
