is it possible for plagueis to have both corruptions on one character? or can u only be corrupted by one at a time?

A figure only takes damage once from "corruption". As per the FAQ, this is the highest instance of Force Corruption. You can still use a Force Corruption for the instant damage, but it will not affect the "corruption" status unless it is higher.
