How much are promos usually worth? In particular, the rubbish common ones, like the Mon Cal Mercenary.

zilch. There has been one guy who has had 3 promos (mon cal, clone trooper, and something else) for $1.49 buy it now for all three and it hasn't sold and it has been up quite a while.

Depends on the Promo. If it's a desirable piece/rare promo, then it's more expensive than, say, a Shadow Stormtrooper, Clone Trooper, or Mon Cal Merc.
