Furious assault, like on the Uggernaught, replaces turn. If he could, via commander effects, obtain several attacks and Greater mobile, could he make all of those attacks, even though his turn was replaced by Furious?

No. If an action or special ability Replaces Turn, then it is the only action you can take on that turn.

but if he gets twin attack some how, that would apply
