Very very very very odd Kyp Durron Question... Options

Ok. So im building a NR squad and wanted Kyp Durron in the squad to benefit from a commander effect. But I look on his card and it says. "Commander Effect". Underneath it it states

Force 4
Force Lightning 1
Force Push 5
Light Saber Assult

Is it just me or am I going crazy? It doesnt list any commander effect but the card says it. Also It doesnt say Force Powers, but he obviously has them. Do I just have some type of weird card? Or are they all like that? Or is that just there so he cant be counted as follower? Some one please help!

Typo. Should say Force Powers.

Yes one of many errors on WOTC's cards.
should be Force Powers as other have said.
