Have a look at the squad and comment with an opinion, its not serious but it could be super fun to play, super frustrating or it could epicly flop, maybe even all 3

http://www.bloomilk.com/Squad/Details/90821 would this squad be do-able???

also any criticism on my other squads would be nice too, i dont think ive got the hang of competetive squad building yet but i hope to get there

its not made to be competetive so if you rate a 2 atleast tell me why, i know its not a amazing squad, my main question is does the rodian trader work with the mouse droid

I don't know why it woudln't work. Its not a CE so it applies to droids. But maybe i'm missing a rule. In theory, its a very interesting squad. VERY interesting. Although its prob only playable on Vassal or in non-competative formats as owning that many mouse droids would make you either really lucky or really rich. ;)

It works, but the inherent problem is that the Supplies abilities Replaces Turn, so you'd need to spend 3 rounds sitting in your starting area just to outfit the mice with Grenades, which is more than enough time for your opponent to advance and decimate you.

There's nothing for them to heal, so grenades is the only option. Twin Attack and +4 atk is wasted on the Mouse Droids as well.

in that squad its meant to be grenades not heal, i know the twin and +4 is wasted, i just wondered whether its viable as a squad. and i have that many mouse droids i own 7 proper ones if i were to do the squad i'd just cut 1 off each and put it on a small base

I kind of like it. After the mice are taken care of the Rodians can give each other heal and/or grenades as well. You could go the grenade route, or go the heal route and make Grievous unbeatable with 20 healers in his cadre.

Heal still works on damage inflicted from Flamethrower, right?

Heal doesn't work on Mouse Droids. Especially if they're dead.

My point wasn't to give the mice heal so they could heal themselves but rather so they could heal Grievous and you could use him as a stick. Whether the mice have grenades, heal, both or neither they're still as vulnerable to flamethrower (or any sort of damage, really).

mice are super vulnerable (spl?) to flamethrower but who would put a flamethrower close enough to 14+ grenading mice that aren't necesarily all going to be adjacent, killing 2-3 and then having 10 grenades thrown at you over time

it will take a long time to give mice grens. 1 turn for each droid.
The battle will mostly over by the time mice can throw grenades.

Remember: 5 Traders means 5 mice will throw grenades in the first round. Plus 2 HK-50's to twin/opp (hopefully) anyone coming to kill mice.
